After-sales terms: The welded main structure carries a 6-month warranty (wear parts including bucket teeth, pins and bushings are excluded). We supply installation drawings and assembly videos, and our engineers offer online remote technical support. Replacement parts are available at factory cost once the warranty expires.

Minimum order quantity: 1 set. Both engineering leasing customers and individual operators can place orders
Packaging: Arm wrapped with stretch film and fixed with wooden planks, separate plywood and wooden box packaging for digging bucket and oil pipe, anti collision by sea transportation
Quotation: Default FOB port price, final price depends on your selection (bucket size, whether it is thickened or reinforced, painting requirements), reply within 24 hours of inquiry
Logistics: Mainly by sea freight, we will help you calculate the shipping cost to the destination port; Urgent orders can be negotiated for land/air transportation
Payment: 30% deposit for production arrangement, 70% final payment to be settled before shipment; Large orders can be processed through a sight letter of credit, while other payment methods can be negotiated

Q1: Can you make long reach boom for my excavator? Which models are compatible?
A: We customize for most brands: Komatsu, Caterpillar, Volvo, Sany, XCMG, Doosan, LiuGong etc. It is NOT universal for all machines. Please send us excavator model, required reach/depth, pin size and working condition for engineering check.


Q2: Do I need extra counterweight for long reach boom?
A: Usually yes. Longer boom increases front load. Our engineer will calculate and recommend matched counterweight to keep machine stable. It depends on boom length and your excavator weight.


Q3: What lengths can you supply?
A: Common sizes: 12m,15m,18m,20m,22m,24m. We support fully custom length according to your project.
