Main Features
This XCMG XE135 14 Meter Long Arm is fully constructed from Q355D high-strength low-alloy steel plates. Reinforcement ribs are added to key stress areas to achieve excellent torsion and bending resistance, keeping the arm free from deformation under heavy loads. It adopts 40Cr quenched and tempered pins together with wear-resistant alloy bushings, which reduce abrasion at hinge points and extend the service life of the long arm. A full set of hydraulic pipelines is pre-installed in the factory with neat layout, facilitating quick on-site installation and saving construction and commissioning time. The long arm goes through overall shot blasting for rust removal, coated with epoxy primer plus heavy-duty topcoat. Reliable anti-rust performance allows long-term operation in humid and harsh outdoor environments. Designed to perfectly match the mounting holes of the XCMG XE135 excavator, this 14 Meter Long Arm requires no modification to the main machine structure, with simple assembly & disassembly.
