Lovol 215 18 Meter Long Arm

This 18m long arm for Lovol 215 is built with Q355D high-tensile steel plate for the main structure. We add extra thick reinforcing plates at high-stress points, so the arm won't bend or crack even with sustained heavy loads.

All key welds are full penetration. Each finished boom set goes through individual inspection before dispatch.

Hydraulic piping is pre-routed for easy fitting. We use phosphated tubing matched with premium couplings, which helps cut down oil leak issues out on site.

The pins and bushes are made to resist heavy wear, built to stand up to long, nonstop working hours.

It bolts straight onto your original Lovol 215 excavator - no big modifications required. We can also adjust dimensions to suit special site conditions.

A complete package includes the main boom, dipper arm, bucket, full hydraulic piping kit, pins and all other accessories as agreed in your order.

After-sales support

The boom structure carries a 6-month warranty. This does not cover wearable parts including pins, bushes and buckets, nor damage caused by incorrect operation.

Our team stays online 24/7 for support. We supply technical drawings, installation videos and remote guidance for assembly.

Spare parts can be purchased separately once the warranty expires. We keep fast turnaround for replacement pins, bushes and hydraulic tubes. Our engineers can jump on a video call with you to sort out assembly or hydraulic problems while you are on site.

Packing: The main boom assembly is wrapped in stretch film and fixed with steel frames. Small hydraulic hoses and pins are packed inside wooden crates.

Shipping: We can ship via standard containers, flat racks or bulk vessels. We work closely with freight agents and can help you check sea freight costs. Production lead time: 15–20 working days after deposit received.

Payment terms: T/T (30% deposit, balance payment before shipment). L/C is acceptable for large-volume orders.

Inspection: You or your appointed third-party inspector are welcome to come to our factory to check goods and supervise loading.

Q1: Can you make long reach boom for my excavator? Which models are compatible?
A: We customize for most brands: Komatsu, Caterpillar, Volvo, Sany, XCMG, Doosan, LiuGong etc. It is NOT universal for all machines. Please send us excavator model, required reach/depth, pin size and working condition for engineering check.


Q2: Do I need extra counterweight for long reach boom?
A: Usually yes. Longer boom increases front load. Our engineer will calculate and recommend matched counterweight to keep machine stable. It depends on boom length and your excavator weight.


Q3: What lengths can you supply?
A: Common sizes: 12m,15m,18m,20m,22m,24m. We support fully custom length according to your project.
