This is a workshop specifically designed for manufacturing excavator extension arms, covering the complete production process from raw steel plate processing to finished product packaging and transportation.
Equipped with heavy-duty bridge cranes for transporting, flipping, and assembling large heavy-duty suspension structures. The yellow safety sign on the floor separates the work area from the passage. Workpieces at different production stages, including semi-finished welding rods and well packaged finished products, are arranged neatly by model and length.
We use high-strength Q355D steel plate. The entire process includes sheet cutting, groove processing, assembly, welding, weld inspection, drilling, sandblasting, painting, and pre assembly inspection. Each boom undergoes strict inspection to ensure a perfect match with the original excavator, without the need for extensive on-site modifications.
