Main arm and arm body: Made of Q355D high-strength low-alloy steel. It has excellent toughness, bending resistance, and low-temperature performance, effectively preventing deformation and cracking under long-distance excavation and heavy impact.
Vulnerable parts and stress areas: The pin seat, connecting lug, and shaft sleeve are reinforced with thickened plates and integral forging technology. The key friction parts are made of wear-resistant steel to extend the overall service life.
Sales and lining: Made of quenched alloy steel, high hardness, strong wear resistance, ensuring flexible rotation and minimal maintenance.
All welding processes use full penetration welding and non-destructive testing, so the entire structure remains stable under harsh working conditions.

Q3: How long is the production and delivery time?
A: Usually, after receiving the deposit, production takes 15-25 working days. The delivery time depends on your destination and the chosen shipping method. We will update production and logistics progress in real-time.
Q4: How about after-sales service and warranty?
A: We provide a 6-month warranty period for the entire long arm (excluding vulnerable parts such as pins and bushings). If any quality issues arise due to manufacturing defects during the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts and technical guidance.
