This is the 7-way solenoid valve group of Komatsu excavator, also known as the pilot solenoid valve assembly, which is the core control component of the hydraulic system.
Mainly suitable for Komatsu medium and large excavators:

Rotation control: rotation brake unlocking, rotation priority function control
Walking control: switching between high and low speeds, maintaining a straight walking line
Main pump flow regulation: EPC solenoid valve controls pump flow to achieve power matching and energy saving
Mode switching: Oil circuit switching for heavy load/light load/crushing and other working modes
Safety lock control: The pilot lock solenoid valve controls the on/off of the pilot pressure

Structure: 7 independent electromagnetic coils+aluminum alloy valve block+original plug harness
Working voltage: DC24V (universal for excavators)
Valve body material: high-strength anti rust aluminum alloy, suitable for hydraulic oil working conditions
Coil: Pure copper coil, resistant to temperature and burn damage
Interface: Original factory standard hydraulic oil port+dedicated plug, can directly replace original parts

Common fault manifestations

Coil burnout/jamming: corresponding action failure (no rotation, no high or low speed, weak action)
Valve block jamming: Action jamming, pressure relief, abnormal overall speed of the machine
Poor wiring harness contact: intermittent operation, reporting EPC solenoid valve fault code
