The 17A-15-22610 gear adopts an integrated internal and external tooth design, which tightly meshes with the planetary gears inside the transmission. It provides smooth driving torque and adjustable speed, maintaining consistent power output for heavy-duty pushing operations of Komatsu D155A and D275A bulldozers.
The gear ring is made of 35CrMo alloy forged steel through integrated high-pressure forging, which minimizes internal material defects and avoids tooth cracking under frequent impact loads in mining and earthwork operations.
All gear teeth undergo precise high-frequency quenching, with a hardness range of HRC52-58. The hardened surface layer can withstand long-term friction, wear, and strong impact, greatly reducing the risk of tooth breakage and early component damage.
Each tooth profile and mounting hole is completed on CNC equipment with strict tolerance control. Its external dimensions are perfectly aligned with the original gearbox components of D155A and D275A, and can be directly replaced plug and play without the need for secondary cutting or modification.
