We set the standard volume at 0.22 to 0.25 cubic meters with a 900mm wide body for regular excavation work. For narrow trench digging or high-volume loading tasks, we also make customized 800mm narrow buckets and 1000mm wide buckets according to your excavator model.
We used graded Q355 wear-resistant steel for the whole bucket to balance weight and impact resistance. The base plate is 10mm thick, side plates 8mm, and we add a 16mm reinforced wear lip at the bucket opening-the most worn part during rock breaking-to extend service life greatly. The standard tooth set includes five main digging teeth plus two side guard teeth. We adopt bolt-on tooth holders, so you only need to replace worn single teeth instead of the whole bucket, which saves plenty of maintenance expense on site.
All stress joints are fully welded to resist heavy impact from granite, broken concrete and weathered rock. After rust removal treatment, each bucket is coated with uniform yellow anti-rust paint to cope with outdoor wet mining and construction environment.
