Excavator Support Wheel

We produce high-performance Excavator support wheel specially made for Komatsu 20-ton excavators, which are essential matched spare parts for undercarriage systems.

The official matching part number is 20Y-30-D1400, and it is fully interchangeable with 2A5-30-12110 for direct replacement. This track roller fits Komatsu PC200, PC220 and PC240 series excavators, covering -7, -8 and -8MO models, and it is also applicable to LC extended track versions. Standard configuration installs 7 track rollers on each side, while extended track models adopt 9 pieces per side. When cooperating with drive wheels, front idlers and upper carrier rollers, it can guarantee stable and smooth traveling performance of the whole crawler system.

Our Excavator support wheel are forged from premium 40Mn2 and 50Mn alloy steel materials. After professional high-frequency surface quenching treatment, the product forms a stable wear-resistant layer. The reinforced wheel edge structure can effectively resist external impact and reduce abrasion and deformation in complex construction environments. The built-in roller shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel through tempering processing, with stable bearing capacity and durable running performance.

Adopting high-quality floating oil seal together with integrated internal oil storage structure, this product can effectively isolate silt, muddy water and sundries, well prevent internal lubricating oil leakage, and avoid roller jamming and early damage caused by foreign matter invasion.

We offer two specifications to satisfy different construction demands. The standard track roller weighs 36-38kg with surface hardness reaching HRC45-50. The heavy-duty reinforced model weighs 39-42kg, and its surface hardness is up to HRC50-58, more suitable for severe working conditions.

In practical application, this track roller undertakes the main load of the whole equipment, limits the running position of crawlers, effectively avoids track deviation and derailment, and lowers walking friction resistance to improve operation smoothness.

The standard type is widely used in conventional earthwork and municipal construction scenarios, with a service life of 8000 to 10000 working hours under normal working conditions. For mine operation, gravel road construction and long-term heavy-load operation, users are advised to select the reinforced heavy-duty version, whose service life can be increased by more than 30% compared with ordinary products.

In terms of daily maintenance, users need to regularly check the sealing condition and bolt fastening status every 500 working hours. Keep the crawler sag controlled at 5-8cm; excessive tightness will obviously accelerate the wear speed of track rollers. During assembly and replacement, please fasten fixing bolts evenly and inject high-temperature resistant lubricating grease as required. To ensure uniform stress and balanced wear, it is recommended to replace all track rollers on one side in a complete set.
